The quickest way to get a WAEC or BECE result checker in Ghana is to buy it from the Bundlif agent portal: log in, open Result Checker, choose WASSCE or BECE, enter the phone number that should receive it, and the serial number and 12-digit PIN arrive by SMS. Agents can take it further and resell the same checkers from their own Bundlif storefront at a price they set, keeping the difference as profit. This page covers both routes, then walks through the official steps to check a result online.
Prices as of 16 October 2026. The buy page always shows the price you pay at checkout.
What a WAEC result checker is
A result checker is a voucher that unlocks a candidate's result on WAEC's own website. It is not a copy of the result and it is not issued by Bundlif: what you buy is an unused serial number plus a 12-digit PIN, and WAEC's portal is what displays the grades.
Bundlif sells two kinds, and they are not interchangeable:
| Checker | Examination | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| WAEC | WASSCE, including private (Nov/Dec) candidates | Checking WASSCE results |
| BECE | BECE, school and private candidates | Checking BECE results |
Buy a checker on the agent portal
The agent portal is where a registered Bundlif agent buys for themselves, for family, or for a customer who paid them in cash or Mobile Money. Everything is paid from your agent wallet at the platform's checker price, so you always see the amount before it is debited.
- Open the agent portal. Log in to Bundlif and go to the agent portal, then choose Result Checker in the menu.
- Pick the checker. WASSCE and BECE are listed separately, each with its current price and whether stock is available.
- Fund your wallet if you need to. Checker purchases are paid from your wallet balance. A shortfall stops the purchase instead of leaving you with a half-finished order.
- Enter the delivery number. Use the 10-digit number that should receive the voucher. This is the useful part when you are buying for someone else: the SMS goes to the number you type, so a customer can receive the serial number and PIN directly.
- Confirm the purchase. The voucher is generated instantly and sent by SMS; the receipt with the serial number and PIN also stays in your purchase history.
- Pass the voucher on if you bought it for a customer. If you entered your own number, forward the serial number and PIN to the buyer and collect your price from them.
Because the delivery is instant, a checker is one of the few things you can sell without holding stock, and a failed order is refunded to your wallet instead of quietly disappearing.
Resell checkers and keep the profit
A data reseller site works the same way for vouchers as it does for bundles: you set the selling price, the customer pays for the order, and your margin is credited to you.
- Get your store link. Agents with an active Bundlif store can sell to customers who are not logged in, and store links are released free during limited periods.
- Set your price. Open Store Prices in the portal, choose the checker and type your selling price. The system refuses any price below your own cost, so a fat-fingered figure cannot turn a sale into a loss.
- Make it visible. Turn the checker on for your storefront; hidden items never appear to customers.
- Share the link. Customers open your store, pick WASSCE or BECE, enter their number and pay with Mobile Money or card.
- Delivery is automatic. Once payment clears, the serial number and PIN are sent to the customer's phone and appear on your order list, so you are not manually forwarding anything.
- Watch the profit build up. Your margin on each delivered checker is credited to your profit wallet, which you can withdraw to Mobile Money. Profit is only credited on completed sales, so an order that fails costs you nothing.
Example: if a checker costs you GH₵20 and you sell it for GH₵23, you keep GH₵3 on that sale. That is an illustration of how the margin works, not a price list or an earnings promise — the checker price you pay is the one shown in the portal, and the price you charge is yours to decide.
Results season is short and busy, which cuts both ways. It is the one time of year when almost everyone you know needs a checker on the same afternoon, so a store link that is ready before results are released will outsell one you build while people are already queuing.
How to check your WAEC result online
The voucher is only half the job — the result itself is displayed by WAEC. To check WAEC result online, use WAEC's official Ghana result checker and follow the steps it publishes:
- Enter your index number.
- Select the type of examination, for example WASSCE.
- Select your examination year, for example 2025.
- Enter the serial number printed on the voucher.
- Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the voucher, for example
012345678912. - Confirm your index number and examination year, so that the examination information is correct.
- Click Submit and wait for the result to open in a popup window. It can take a few minutes when the site is busy.
The same checklist is linked from WAEC Ghana's official result checker page, which also lists the BECE and WASSCE checkers it supports.
BECE results
BECE uses the same idea with its own voucher and its own checker page. The flow is identical — index number, examination type set to BECE, year, serial number, 12-digit PIN, submit — and private candidates follow the same route as school candidates. The only mistake worth repeating here is buying the wrong checker: BECE candidates need a BECE voucher.
You need data on your phone to check
Checking a result, printing it, and sending proof to family all use data, and results day is exactly when a bundle runs out. If you are buying your own bundle for the day, buy it before the rush rather than in the middle of the queue.

Buy MTN, Telecel or AT data nowWhy a voucher sometimes fails
- Wrong examination type or year. The voucher is valid, but the selection does not match the result you are looking for.
- Wrong index number. One wrong digit and the portal cannot match the candidate.
- A mistyped PIN. The PIN is 12 digits; a voucher is not invalid just because the first attempt failed.
- A voucher that has already been used. Once a checker is used for a result, it cannot be used again.
- Heavy traffic on results day. The portal slows down or times out for everyone; retry later rather than buying a second voucher straight away.
If the voucher itself is the problem — the serial number or PIN is rejected outright on an unused checker — contact support with your order reference and a screenshot of the error, and keep the message short and specific.
Getting started
Checkers are one more product you can sell to the same customers who already buy data from you, and unlike data they are bought once, in a rush, on a fixed day.
